Job Description

The Chief Impact Officer will strategize on ways in which we can maximize our impact. Below are the ways in which they will do so.

Be the impact champion. We want you to keep up with the latest progress on our projects,  continually championing ways in which we can maximize our impact both across projects and as an organization. You will employ methods of Value Driven Development, Service Design and User-Centered Designed to ensure that users are the center of our work.

Ensure excellence. Learning from project data, you will advise on the best ways to deliver lasting results. You will create tools to monitor and track project impact. You will drive methods for product management and software development to ensure high quality systems.

Guide project teams. You will provide an impact framework based on best practices and research across the globe to help project teams and clients define their goals and success.

Drive innovation. You will lead innovations – prompting ‘out of the box’ thinking and health program experiments. As our leading technical expert, you will also ensure that our health programs are cost effective, scalable, and replicable.

Influence externally. Represent IntelliSOFT at meetings, conferences, and global forums and contribute to global community health standards and protocols. You will build close relationships with other digital health technical experts.

Drive strategy and operations. You will drive the process for organizational strategy and create tools and frameworks to operationalize the strategy.

Your background

Technical skills. You have 10+ years of experience working in Software Development, particularly working with agile methodologies.

Strategic leader. You are able to develop and communicate a shared vision. You can infuse others with your passion for evidence. 5+ years experience in a leadership position.

Writing & presentation skills. You have experience presenting at conferences and contributing to peer reviewed articles. You can write simply about complex topics and teach others to do the same.

Digital health curiosity. You believe in the disruptive power of technology to improve healthcare delivery.

Collaborative. You actively listen and communicate. You connect easily with your team and colleagues. You can roll up your sleeves and help others out in a pinch.
